Our overall experience with Scott’s plumbing was good. He was responsive and very knowledgeable of his trade! We had a few hiccups along the way, but those were not Scott’s doing – the former owner had installed the plumbing and unfortunately, an issue surfaced that could have been catastrophic, but Scott addressed that issue and the original one. He was very good at explaining the original problem and ensured it won’t recur. Most of the work was done in a crawl space and quite restrictive. Scott is friendly, informative and diligent as he works. It wasn’t inexpensive, but when it comes to plumbing we prefer quality versus a cheap and substandard repair.
