We could not have been more displeased with the service provided by Tropical Plumbing. While the President, Mr. Beeck,, was kind and personable, he disappeared after the sale of the service. We were told by his project manager “don’t call Charlie, you’re dealing with me now.” Every interaction after that was fraught with difficulty and unpleasantness. We initiated service to make a shower handicap accessible, and asked for things such as a built in seat. When the seat they put in was examined by home health aides, we were told the seat was too small and too high to be used by the 91 year old owner of the home. Too many disappointments and points of dissatisfaction to list here, but we were finally just happy for them to leave our property. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
