Unlimited Bath & Kitchen a year agoThis was the worst contractor I have ever used. No straight lines for the wall painting. Used a dry saw to cut my countertops and walkin shower. The lines of the countertops aren’t straight. Was supposed to have 3 panel walk in shower it is 5 and none of them are the same height. The shower had to be reset because the water piled up at the non drain end, There are chips in the walls of the shower. Installed the wrong faucet in the bathroom. Had to buy a new one and hire someone to replace it. The kitchen bar is a mess. It had to be completely redone. They broke my refrigerator and put the bar lights on wrong after texting them about it over and over. When he would gneed $ he was in contact, but never replied to my texts. I can’t believe this guy knows anything about construction. Our neighbors said they were arguing all the time and security backed that up. It was such a bad job that he has been banned by security. Riding hover boards around the neighborhood after they were 4 weeks over and we had to stay in a hotel and pay for more time at our previous address. Didn’t even let us know that we couldn’t move in when we were 5 minutes away with the movers!!! My bank account was hacked when they were here with my files disturbed when we had to leave it here cuz they weren’t done. My partner is a musician and his guitar is missing. Insane don’t use him. I don’t believe any of the positive reviews are real. I can back up with pictures everything I just posted. There are more mistakes.

Su-Mo Builders, Inc. a month agoIf sumo builders conducts business anyway like they drive, I would never in my life use their services or recommend them to anyone that that I care about. Their silver Nissan frontier work truck pulled an extremely dangerous and rude maneuver that almost caused me to crash. No Shaka thrown and no apology. Without even having them build anything, I can tell that their work ethic is pretty bad and unprofessional.

Solid Built Construction, Inc 3 months agoIt has been an awesome experience to meet and have Lex Allen do the rebuild of our 2 level wooden deck. The material and carpentry was of the best I have seen by any local contractor. We were always kept up to date on the progress of the job. Larry & Gladys

S. Tanaka Construction, LLC 10 months agoThe building inspector at my house (formerly), while my construction was going on, told me that S.Tanaka was THE BEST and most honest contractor in Hawaii. He was right.
