Gil came out to my house to replace my hot water heater. I cannot say enough about Gil and his company. He was very professional, hard working and very friendly. He explained everything in detail to me. He’s a great communicator, he texted me, he called me and let me know when he was coming. I literally cannot say how pleased I was with Gil and Water Heater Central LLC. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Gil Celestin from Water Heater Central, provided top notch service. Gil came on site this past Saturday within 90 minutes of calling him, due to my old water heater failed, (he had nothing to do with the 12 year old prior water heater). Gil walked me through the steps to safely shutdown water heater, turn off gas, and purge water from tank to avoid further damage to basement. Gil obtained the required parts, arrived on site to perform the replacement, on time as committed. Gil conducted a great install, took pride in his work and ensured to take care of the house conducting the repair. Gil is my first call for future repairs or service. Thank you! Rob Bruderer

Referred from warranty company for service on non working jacuzzi tub in mid January. Diagnosed issue stating bad pump prior to removal of pump. Gil was interested in checking the water heater although service call wasn’t related to the water heater. I was continuously asked to allow him to install a new water heater. I opted to focus on the current issue. Fast forward to March, Gil finally removed bad tub pump. Instead of ordering from the manufacturer he attempted to purchase from his supply house. Incorrect pump supposedly arrived. I confirmed availability with the manufacturer several times only to be told he would purchase from his contacts. Fast forward to mid April and no pump or working tub. I requested my old pump be returned … Gil returned it with a note stating “Good Luck”.To say the least this entire experience was to waste of time! I advised the warranty company to request any monies paid on behalf of this repair be returned to them, ordered the pump directly from the manufacturer (fraction of charge) and my husband installed it in less than 15 minutes. Happy to say my tub is working great!

The technician lied to me and to the home warranty company. He tried to file a diagnosis without ever coming to my house or looking at the water heater. He has a severe lack of integrity and chooses to run his business with this mindset at the forefront. 0/10: do not recommend.

I’m so impressed with this company and its employees! It’s so good to know that customer service is still out there. Justin was my point of contact in the office. He was so helpful and all my phone calls, text messages and questions were answered within less than 2 minutes! He also helped me with the financing part of my project. Gil and Joe installed a Tankless Water Heater and they were incredible – efficient, knowledgeable, and at the end of the install, my garage was cleaner than when they started. I called this company on a Monday after finding a leak. They were at my house within 1 hour. If you ever need a plumber – do not hesitate to call them. You will be as impressed as I am! I guarantee!

Great to work with! Our hot water heater died on Friday night super late, and I called them to see if they could come Saturday! They immediately answered and setup an appointment for me the next day, a Saturday! Gil was there bright & early and was super efficient and great to work with. He explained everything to us (this is our first home and our first issue with our home) and was fantastic. I would recommend Water Heater Central to everyone!

Arrived timely, we discussed our problem with our water heater and he gave us choices, and repaired problem. Cleaned up after the service as if he was never there, I would definitely use water heater central again.

This company is exceptional – we did some remodeling and needed to replace the hot water heater in the basement. We called Water Heater Central and Gil came out that same day. Extremely professional and personable, this is absolutely a 5 star company.

Gil was my technician he came out to replace our water heater, and his level of customer service was far above what I expected. He walked me through every important part of the inspection thoughtfully, patiently, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He offered suggestions, and alternatives. I could tell that he was really looking out for my best interest and knew his craft very well. Another thing I like is that he gave me a same-day quote, which was truly unexpected. I’m looking forward to working with Water Heater Central again.
