The lady answered the phone and was nice. Scheduled to pump tank two days later and stated maybe the following day if they could. No one showed up or called. Voicemail is full. That’s horrible customer service. They open Bulloch pumping too.

Im calling everyone on Google. This was the first to answer the phone. She said let me see if we can go out that far(30 mins from statesboro) then hangs up immediately.

I am Blown Away… I had All Intentions of Leaving a Voice-mail and was Expecting a Phone call back in the Morning.. But I called the Number and Mrs. Angel pick Up the Phone.. Super Nice and Very Friendly, considering it was 10 o’clock at Night. Very pleased.

This place was absolutely amazing! Woke up one morning and all my pipes backed up in my house. I called several plumbers thinking my pipes were just clogged. My wife’s coworker said to call a septic company. They were my first call. I left a message and they called me right back. I spoke to a woman who happen to be in the area. She swang by within 10 minutes and showed me how to relieve the low side drain to stop the flooding in the house. She also showed me where the septic tank drain and filter was. We had just bought the house and had no idea where they were located. She put me on the schedule and they came out by 3:30 pm that day. They drained the septic and all the drained were still clogged solid. They augered the toilets, and flushed all the drains/ pipes until everything worked like it should. They didn’t leave till 8:30 that night. They were determined to to fix the problem and they did!! They were polite, punctual and very professional! I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for the amazing service and I am a customer for life!!!

Phenomenal Employees & Customer service! Very professional! Quick response! Price was very reasonable! They were here on time and Install was done when they said it would be. I will definitely use them for any work I need done! I highly recommend them!

I was really impressed with how quick they were to give a price that was better than anyone else I had talked to. He told me 3 weeks out and he was on time and done sooner than he predicted. He was very professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company above all of the others.
