Received a water bill that was incredibly high. Called “At Your Service Plumbing”, a local business, and they came out the very next day. Jared found the leak within 20 minutes! A fitting had cracked at the nut. Jared cut out the faulty area, replaced the remaining line and fittings going into the basement and checked for other problems. Very reasonably priced for the amount of labor, time and parts. Thank you!

I would like to share our families experience with At Your Service Plumbing. We have had a few plumbing issues at our house, and we had 3 different plumbing companies come out. With no resolve. Lowell Faulkner from At Your Service Plumbing came out and knew exactly what was going on. He sent his #1 guy, Jaried to our house. Jaried was able to de-install some parts on our tub, fix my toilet in the extra bathroom and a leak from the tub. His professionalism and expertise, and knowledge truly saved my family a bunch of money. Also the other plumbing companies completely misdiagnosed everything that was going on. I will forever be so thankful to Lowell Faulkner and Jarried for all their work, and Lowell’s wife Terry who worked us in immediately. Such a professional group of people. At you service plumbing hands down is the best plumbing company I have ever used. It’s hard to find local owned company. I had a water leak that I caused and I could not turn my water back on they came out same day to fix my issue. I can tell they really care about the work they do. I will never call anybody else they have my business for life. Thank you so much God bless. I wold give more than five stars if I could !!!!!!!!

At Your Service Plumbing is an excellent company. The service is above and beyond. We had a major leak underneath our kitchen sink. Mr. Lowell Faulkner is an exceptionally professional plumber. The task took an unexpected turn. He was gracious enough with his time to repair the leak plus additional unexpected repairs over a period of two days. He was patient and committed to finish the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up all debris from the job. Mr. Faulkner is fair, knowledgeable and most of all honest. Which is a valuable characteristic in today’s unpredictable time. God really blessed us with Lowell Faulkner and At Your Service Plumbing company. Their prices are very reasonable. Lowell is the perfect plumber for the panicked homeowner who knows next to nothing about restoring his service. He answered my call on the first ring, listened to my problems, and was at our door within the hour. It took about five minutes of conversation to determine that he was professional, honest, courteous, and a good man all around. After working to resolve our nasty non-draining issue for about ten minutes, everything was flowing properly again. And after fixing the problem, he took the time to show us how to avoid having the same situation happen again. Furthermore, the price for his labor was unbelievably low! My wife and I have posted several of his business cards around locally, as we both give him a double thumbs-up recommendation.

I purchased a 1970s ranch house last year that had been sitting untouched for about 10 years. I installed a new washer and dryer, and every time I ran the washing machine or dishwasher the kitchen & laundry sinks would fill up with dirty water. I called a different plumbing company that came out and tried to jet the line from the roof, but was unsuccessful and still charged me a large amount of money despite the failure. A trusted friend recommended At Your Service Plumbing. Lowell was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and fix the clog in the cast iron pipe, (which included a blade from another plumber’s rooter!) adding a cleanout for any future issues. He was fast, incredibly responsive, problem was fixed and the price was fair. Look no further.
