He took care of an emergency plumbing issue with my water heater preventing further damage, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. Sean is an outstanding plumber. We’ve had him for 2 jobs fixing super old pipes and have been extremely satisfied both times. He explains stuff well, does a super tidy job and definitely goes above and beyond. Communication, and respect of my property are all to the highest level. Also he is extremely knowledgeable, careful and creative in his solutions. I feel like it’s rare to find contractors you actually trust these days. I highly recommend Specialty Plumbing and Drain! We were needing to locate and mark our sewer line as we are putting a pool in our backyard and could not start digging until it was marked. Sean at Specialty Plumbling had all the camera equipment needed for this and did an awesome job! Jami was also great in responding to my request so quickly and getting us on the schedule. Sean and his crew are awesome. Came out for what I thought was going to be a mammoth of an issue. They provided practical easy fixes and pointed out prior sub-stand work (performed by another contractor) to be mindful of, before it becomes an issue. Happy with my experience and recommend them with reservation.

Sean saved the day when we had a sewer backup issue in our house. I had called another plumber and got a very high quote. When they were delayed a bit, it gave me the opportunity to find Specialty Drain on Nextdoor and talk to Sean. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to go through everything and give a quote. Specialty Drain had a lower price and were willing to do the work on a Sunday. We are very grateful to Sean and his helper for fixing the problem and saving us some money.
