Max from Chen Plumbing was fantastic. A few years ago, they came out to quote running a gas line for a pool heater and pointed out that I already had one, saving me from paying $600 quoted by another company. This time, I actually needed their services. They were prompt on the initial visit, offered a fair price, and completed the job on time. After jackhammering a concrete pad, they realized the work was less extensive than anticipated and charged me less than the agreed amount. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, they will be my only call.

Dawson and James did a great job running a new supply line into our basement after the original burst. Dawson went out of his way to keep us safe in the future by adding a more accessible shut off valve and putting a sleeve over the new line due to the proximity to the sewage pipe. He offered a reasonable quote and performed the fix immediately.
