We have used Fitzgerald plumbing back in the 90s. You guys have always been at the top of your game. Chris Loveless was the best! Professional , friendly and courteous. Agree with Ms Hand’s negative review. I got a similar response to my recent negative review with promise to help. I deserved a $189.00 refund. Phone tag but the end result has been Nothing!

A few months later I’m having the same issue, if not worse. They didn’t do a full job. Just enough to get by, as a result, I’m back to square 1 with the same issues. Would not recommend.

On Halloween, this company came to take measurements of our shower/tub to estimate its replacement. Upon coming in the house, the boy did not speak to me at all. The man said “good morning” and I said the same. My husband had asked them to use shoe covers, which they did, and directed them to the back bedroom. He followed them back, watched them measure, then walked them out. I stayed in the kitchen. Today, this is what my landlord emailed me: “So, I just reached out to Fitzgerald (as I never heard back from them). And the agent pulled out the record and read the notes from the technician saying “residents living at the property made them uncomfortable during their visit” and hence the service manager decided to not to move forward with this project.” I am OFFENDED. My husband is OFFENDED. We had little to no interaction with them as they were only here to measure a tub and issue a quote. Is it because we are BLAVK RESIDENTS?? Is it because we had our house entirely decorated for Halloween? Is it because we don’t walk in our house with filthy shoes on and asked that they cover their shoes?? WHAT MADE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY HOUSE??? I will NEVER recommend this plumbing service, EVER! ONE STAR is too much!

Had a large broken pipe by our well. Called Thursday, they were here Friday morning. Even warranted their repair. Technician (Travis) made extra sure hole was covered and very secure. Totally recommend this company.

Called for a job, appointment made only for them to turn and leave claiming they didn’t have the right equipment. Then they call and say they can’t do the job. How unprofessional!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

These technicians are a quality act. Very professional, explained what was wrong, exactly what it would take to fix, and once repair was made…what to expect as water flushes through. We are extremely impressed with Tommy and Caleb’s presentation and courteous manner.

On 10/26/22 FitzGerald and Sons Plumbing Company came out when was called and performed and amazing leak repair very quickly. Mr. Tommy and his assistance Caleb have been dispatched to our resident every time we needed this company help. Mr. Tommy and Caleb are very good at what they do. The quality, professionalism and the clean up after their job was a 10 meaning outstanding. Our family would recommend this company to anyone. Puckett Family

Scott & Matt fixed a ceiling link at our bookstore in Chatt Hills. A bookstore is an especially stressful place to experience a plumbing leak, and these guys demonstrated exceptional care, professionalism, and thoughtful communication. Cannot recommend highly enough!
