Our septic system was installed wrong when it was installed 16 years ago and rotted which caused some unpleasant pooling in the yard. So we called Wells Septic out to fix it. They sent out Gair Coleten, Cayden and Jayden to fix it. They were fast, reasonably priced and the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I have four wild little boys that were all up in their buisness and these sweet men didnt bat an eyelash. They really made our day with their wonderful attitudes and kind hearts.

I can’t say enough about how outstanding this company is. Haiden and Jayden were more than professional. They came out same day and did more than the previous company we have used in the past . The whole company deserves 5 star’s plus ! Outstanding company!

We had our septic system pumped for routine maintenance. The gentleman that came to do the job were respectful and friendly same with the lady whom I spoke with to schedule the service. Job was completed in about an hour and a half. The initial price I was quoted at was fair and what I expected, however when they came to do the job they added an additional $200 to break up the solids which consisted of them running a crud buster for a total of about 5-10 minutes while they were pumping out the system. This extra add on did not feel like a fair price to me, for the little bit of extra work they did. I was also disappointed that when they were done, they never gave me the opportunity to see the emptied out septic, they just closed up the tank and packed up their gear. Overall not completely dissatisfied, but If you decide to use this company, be aware of the potential surcharge if you have any solids in your system.

I had Givin up on good customer service. It has fadded away in this time, unfortunately. Well this company still has it. I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING service. From the lady on the phone that made my appointment to two young men that came to my house to fix my problem. These men were in and out and we were up and running in just a hour. They left my yard in great shape. They were kind, Curtis and they had MANNERS! I highly recommend this company! They did a spectacular job for us. I will definitely use them again.
