Preventia Security 10 hours agoYtwan Dunn had my service call today. I needed my system updated and wanted a video doorbell installed. Ytwan was punctual, pleasant, focused on his work, and went above and beyond. He tested every window and door sensors plus our smoke detectors. He discovered a wiring issue with the smoke detectors, brought to my attention, then presented options for solving the problem. He finished his work. I am delighted with his service.

Action Alarms of Chattonooga 3 months agoI requested a cancellation 3 months ago because ADT took over my system at that time. Preventia has continued to auto-withdrawal from my account despite my cancellation request and i am not under contract with them b/c i chose the month by month option when they took over my previous carrier. I spoke with someone 4/3/2024 & was confronted by their very aggressive customer retention techniques, to include customer shaming and blaming. They don’t deserve the one star I gave them.
