Royal flush came through CLUTCH with some expert insight on a flooded basement. I had some contractors installing a new bathroom and they didn’t finish the job in a day, so groundwater came out from hole where they were drilling to install a toilet. The contractors attempted to claim it was coming out of my walls, but Sir Isaac set the record straight! He made sure the contractors knew it was their fault in a stern, but respectful manner and they agreed to cover the damages. Without Sir Isaac, I would’ve been between a rock and hard place! Will use them next time for my actual plumbing needs, avoid the Facebook guys!

Andrew and royal flush team was awesome, very professional. Andrew came out the next day after I called and cleared a complex clog in a laundry/kitchen sink line of old cast iron pipe. Very pleased to have my life back to normal.

Perfect quick accurate service. I have a little issue with the broken water pipe under my slab. They came in, identify the problem and offered the repair at the same day. Very happy with their service highly recommending them, their professional quick and fast to deliver.

Scotty came to my house this morning to fix our upstairs plumbing issue. He was precisely on time and very warm to speak with. Scotty was quick, after a quick walkthrough and some questions he told me he knew exactly what he needed to do. He was exactly right. I expected to tear my garage apart to make room for him to work. We did not need to move a thing and he did not spill a drop while he worked. Scotty gave me solid advice and made sure I understood what and why he was doing things. He was kind, quick, and understanding of our tough situation. I have not met your other plumbers, but I very much doubt they are better than him. Scotty is the best tradesman I have ever worked with and I will call for him specifically for any plumbing issue I ever have in the future. I would like to say I am a loyal Royal Flush customer but I am a loyal Scotty customer. Give this man a raise.

Such a great experience with this company! We had them install a new p-trap drain and vent under our bathroom sink. Wonderful over the phone customer service, very response, pleasant, and flexible when I needed to reschedule. Got a free quote from Jacob who was nice and informative, no pressure to do the job after giving the quote. Dmitry did our service call and he was awesome! He was so nice to talk with, didn’t rush through the job, and did ample testing to make sure our new drain wasn’t leaking. Both technicians were honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
