Company did a great job assisting with my water leak. The tech that assisted, Bobby Lowe, was extremely professional and gave me a heads up on everything so there were no surprises. 10/10 will do business with this company again if I ever have plumbing needs.

My recent experience with High Priority Plumbing, organized through American Home Shield, was overall positive. Our assigned plumber, Marcus, was a bit reserved but proved to be exceptionally proficient at his job. Despite his quiet demeanor, he successfully resolved the issue of our slow-draining shower, restoring it to its normal functionality. However, I did notice that Marcus did not have any shoe coverings, and I observed him walking from the outside directly to my master bedroom. As a result, I had to thoroughly clean the area after he left, which was a bit inconvenient.

I cant say enough great things about this company! I had a bad water leak coming into my house from the main line leading into the house that caused some flooding in my office/basement. Mathew and Clarissa came out same day, found the problem and fixed it right away! They were on time and extremely professional. If you have ANY plumbing needs, these guys will take care of you!

We use American home, shield and needed a plumbing service done for our toilet. This company sent two guys out both of which said that we needed to remove our structure around the toilet in order to fix the problem which was not true. We got a second opinion and they took care of the problem in 10 minutes. We didn’t need to reconstruct our bathroom for this to happen.
