One of the techs came out to our house close to a month ago wrote up two quotes for us. One for a main line reducer and one for a shower and bath tub cartridge replacement. They had to order the cartriges. We called to coordinate with him to replace the reducer and he was unavailable. That is understandable. Dispatch sent out Ken who worked on it instead. Great guy and would highly recommend him. We were informed the by Dispatch cartridges were ordered and available so we scheduled for Mike to come back out today to install the new cartridges. No tech showed up, no response from Dispatch on when they would come out today. We put in another apt request for a tech to come out. Dispatch called back to send an available tech out to our residence. A different gal from Dispatch calls to inform us that Mike never ordered the cartridges, the other Dispatch girl was not reading the customer file that had the quotes and notes and was going to send a new tech out for a new servicefee, new quote and no parts. We are now back to square one waiting on Mike to order parts that should have been done a month ago and Dispatch to schedule us again for repairs. Not very happy.

Seth was phenomenal! One of the friendliest and most professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with an emergency and they sent Seth out immediately. He took the time to listen to what I had to say, assessed the problem and explained it to me, answered my questions, and then discussed the cost honestly with me. He worked hard having to go in and out of the property during a storm and didn’t stop until the job was complete. I’d definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and that’s thanks to Seth and the wonderful service he provided.

STAY AWAY! Dishonest and extremely overpriced. They charged me $49 for just giving me an estimate that was more than double what other companies charge. Use Whatley Brothers! they charged 1/3 of what Ben Franklin would charge and did a super job!

Had an after hours plumbing emergency this afternoon and made the call to ben Franklin plumbing. The technician Michael Bulloch arrived within 30 minutes of my call and provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
