This is clearly a scam. Took $250 and refused to refund it after multiple failed attempts to get a painter to my house. Had people call me that didn’t understand the job or the pay, had people ask me for more money. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT USE! Update: 100% a scam. Tried to bribe me to take down this review in order to refund my money. These people are crooks.

Worth negative stars. They took my money never provided anybody for the device and don’t refund me as well. They said I can only use other service for that money and their service is worst than horrible with skyrocketing price. Stay away.

I needed someone SAME DAY. I booked at 2 p.m. and they were at my place by 5. It was perfect! The setup process was fairly easy (had issues with the payment method through cash app/PayPal) but it ended up working. Bryan was very patient and helpful over the phone throughout the process and each addition time I needed to call back. I have to admit, I didn’t realize this was a contracted out kind of thing, so I was shocked to see someone arrive with no uniform and in their personal vehicle. However, after talking with the technician I understood this is a “we find you a local tech” kind of thing! Which I thought was cool. Lemuel was my electrician and he was wonderful. He was patient when I was skeptical at his first arrival and even offered for me to hold his wallet while he worked (which I chose not to). He explained the whole process of what needed fixed and why, and even went to get the part. Great experience and will use again!

This company is a scam!! Horrible – Horrible – I gave a $249 deposit for a handyman for 8 hours… First appointment no show and no call, I called all the numbers they provided and no one answered, literally they disconnect your call and then text you “how may I help you?” finally texted with someone who had a handyman reach out to me and the handy man gave me an appointment for the next day – he didn’t show neither did he answer his phone to state that he wasn’t coming. Next day I was given the run around again via emails and texts and was told that their policy is that there has to be at least 3 “no shows” before they will return my money. Soooo not to lose my deposit I rescheduled again, I emailed them the day before the rescheduled date and stated that no one had reached out to me, no reply via text or email (but my read receipt lets me know someone read it). My next scheduled appointment is for tomorrow 5/10 and no handyman has reached out to state that they are coming or to inquire what I expect to be done. DONT DO IT… Find someone else this company is truly a scam!!

Made an appointment with no one showing up today. Called. no response. Emailed, got responses but when I asked for a reschedule, no response. I am now out of $200. I needed 3 faucets installed. Paid for a deposit twice. This very poor business despite the reviews, Very disappointing and I feel like I’ve been ripped off. If I don’t hear back by Monday, I will be reporting to BBB. Seneca SC

This is a scam I paid deposit for 2 services and didn’t receive one yet. The people that work there said never go thru this company I have recordings and everything. Do not book anything. They won’t give me my money back or the services
