My new furnace was installed by Canton Plumbing. Some of the tape started to fall off when the process was being done quickly at first. Drake was sent to fix the problem after I notified Canton Plumbing. He apologized sincerely and said the previous manager had been let go for trying to expedite the project. In contrast to its initial installation, he painstakingly taped up every joint, enhancing the work’s aesthetic appeal. Best regards, Hi, there, Drake.

Drake was great. I had two different firms come out and spend hours on my problem, but they were unable to resolve it. He walked in and realized what was wrong in 10 minutes. Incredible! He deserves a raise. Should’ve called them first!

This company gets five stars all the way! Other septic pumping firms promise to provide 24-hour emergency service but do not answer their phones. This firm is exceptional! The staff was at their final stop on a Sunday afternoon and extended their day to assist us.Warren and Drake were personable and professional. They worked quite hard digging up the lid in 90-degree heat and were very nice, answering all of our inquiries. I really suggest this firm!
