Superior Plumbing & Electrical did the plumbing installation in our new home. After 5 months our “Tankless” hot water heater stopped working and displayed an “Error Code”. I did one of the two things the Owners Operation Book said to do in response to the Error Code. It did not correct the problem. I could not do the second recommended action. Since this was after 3pm on a Friday afternoon and I didn’t want to do without hot water until the following Monday, I wondered if Superior would send a plumber to help. To their credit, they did. Christian showed up to help. Christian was cheerful and said he didn’t want us to go all weekend long without hot water and he would be able to fix it. After troubleshooting, he had to climb into our attic to correct the vent pipe from the water heater. This is not a pleasant, nor easy, task since the attic floor was covered with insulation material and seeing where to step was difficult. Also, it is a tight space to work in. After correcting the vent pipe, Christian took the time to explain the way “Tankless” water heaters operate. I can’t praise Christian enough…he was professional and fixed the problem, but he was also extremely nice and considerate of our situation. In my opinion, Christian is an outstanding representative for Superior Plumbing & Electrical Systems

Answered the phone professionally, gave me a good estimate when they could come, called before coming as promised, showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection, got the clog out – saving me lots of money that I might have had to pay for a pipe replacement – and the cost was very reasonable.
