Jarrod was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and checked into all my concerns. Even pointed out some things I never knew could be an issue in the future. Being in the service industry myself, I wasn’t surprised by the cost of the repairs. While I could have bought the supplies myself and attempted the repair for a lot less, I lack the education, tools, and guarantee the job is and was done right. You aren’t just paying for the part and labor, you are paying for someone’s knowledge and expertise in a field they have been doing for years all backed by a guarantee that the job is done right. What I like most is that they stock most parts on their vehicle so the job can be done same day without relying on a part warehouse to be open. I would recommend this company and especially Jarrod to anyone that has plumbing issues.

From the first time I used Meetze Plumbing several years ago, they provided great customer service starting with the phone call and concluding when the technician arrived. Marshall was great, explaining the service and what he would do, checking other parts of the home that has water to make recommendations and showing me how to avoid similar issues in the future. The service was quick; the day before, I received a confirmation call to confirm he would arrive in the morning.
