With-in days of buying our house, our water heater (that the realtor and home inspector said was in good order) went out. Rocket was here in no time, found our problem and replaced our water heater at a good price!! Fast forward 3 1/2 years, wake up to no hot water. Called Rocket, they recognized the problem, I called RHEEM and fixed it myself, Rocket could have milked this for a service call and BIG repair bill but instead helped me fix it over the phone, NO ADDITIONAL COST *$$$* TO ME!!! IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER, CALL T.J. AT ROCKET!

Worst human being not to talk of plumber. Charged friend $225 to put putty on a leaking shower drain. Took him 5 mins. He went off on her when I challenged it. Started talking about you people and that we disrespected him. Offered to undo the putty. Paid him because he would have likely caused more damage. Stay away!
