Our old tankless water heater began acting up after Memorial Day. Garrett and another technician came out promptly and worked for several hours troubleshooting and cleaning the unit. A second trip was required waiting for a part, and again Garrett worked for several hours on the unit. Ultimately we decided to replace the 15+ year old unit and Garrett and a team promptly replaced the unit with a brand new unit. The pricing was very competitive and the service was professional and friendly. Thank you to everyone at Tom Kris & Sons!
