Reached out to Alex and he came out the next day. He was on time and he worked quick. Found a second problem behind the first (a usual occurrence, as our home is 50-years-old) but Alex had the parts and worked through that as well. Great service!

Had a back-flow problem. Alex diagnosed it perfectly and advised us to work with the County. He did not charge me anything. I worked with the County and the issue was fixed. I did not pay a dime. Alex is very honest, punctual with time and highly knowledgeable.

Had a leak in our pressure valve on the water heater and he was happy to come out and give a free quote. It turned out to not be the water heater valve but the pressure regulator going into our house was bad. Unfortunately after he fixed that, it turned out the valve on the water heater was ALSO bad. He came out again and fixed the water heater valve no charge since I had the part on hand. Would highly recommend.

Alex has done several repairs and installs for us now, and I just really appreciate his work! The first time he came out, he pulled a big chunk of hair from the master bath drain that had been draining super slowly since we had moved into the house, and didn’t even charge me, haha! He has installed 3 toilets, a regulator to shut off the water if there is a leak detected in the house, and a few other little things. All his work has been excellent, and his prices cheaper than everywhere else when I call for estimates. He even picks up the items needed from the store and brings it with him, if needed. He always gets to us quickly and does the job fast. I really appreciate his work and know we will be calling him for all our plumbing needs in the future! My only complaint is that when he installed the toilet in our wood-floored bathroom, he ended up scratching the floor a little bit, but let’s face it, I have toddlers….the floors are all gonna need to be replaced anyway, haha. I would highly recommend Alex!

The Greatest plumbing company I have ever used! Their work is far past Exceptional. They fixed a leak on our main entry piping+install a main shut off valve (house)+ tightened up a few water knobs in the home under 2 hours for the best price out there.
