I called this plumbing company because they advertise themselves as affordable and had many positive reviews. My initial interaction with the wife, who helped schedule the plumber, was very pleasant. This family-operated business sent a father and son duo who seemed extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. However, the older gentleman was extremely grumpy. He seemed indifferent about doing the work and appeared tired and overworked, lacking professionalism and friendliness. I was charged $200 for a service call, which is at the top of the price range compared to any other plumbing company I’ve worked with in the last 10 years.

Had a nasty clog in some old cast-iron pipes. Mark and his crew put a lot of time and effort into the diagnosis and eventually got my pipe cleaned out. It was certainly not an easy job and not one I would trust to just any plumber. I’m very grateful for their tenacity and dedication which ultimately yielded great results.

I had to replace a leaking kitchen faucet on a Sunday. Mark and his son came out quickly. They installed the new faucet, they are efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Man these guys know their stuff and they hustle to finish the job with very fair rates. They redid the not up to code gas piping in my garage, replaced my water heater and also reinstalled everything back the way it was, the same or in much better condition. I like these guys!

Great plumbing service, you can definitely trust the 5-star reviews…the owner took the time to advise me on my situation personally and his team stopped by my house to take care of the issues promptly and effectively. I will be using them again for any future repairs/needs.

Mark and Jamie blew my mind as far as knowledge and total professionalism. They found a potential fire hazard caused by my neglect and fixed it taking much more time and effort than they had planned on. Also, removed old disposal and kitchen faucet. Installed new ones and all done at what I consider a fair price. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others. Also, the kitchen was a mess and they made sure, without me asking, that all was spotless when they left. And finally, they didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded things as another plumber did and that’s why he lost this job to the Long family.
