We connected to city water from well water out in the lox area. The city gave us various obstacles (all outside of the plumber’s control) and Pan and his team were very responsive within the hour of any city email or call to get the job done. They also connected a flo by moen sensor for us, installed a kitchen faucet, and even coordinated with xfinity when cables were in the way. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you Pan and everyone at Dimartino plumbing

Excellent experience start to finish today, March 29th, 2024. Punctual, courteous, honest and professional! My toilet had a constant dripping sound that was driving me up the wall. Nicholas replaced some parts and it seemed fixed. He suggested I replace the toilet because this was not a permanent fix. At first I agreed, and he would go to Home depot buy a whole new toilet and replace it. I noticed after he left and using the toilet a couple of times that the dripping was no longer there. So, I called their office and Pan answered. I shared with him what was going on. He agreed with my suggestion to wait to replace the toilet when the tissue came back. He could have pushed the sale but he did not! If you want a stellar Plumbing Company to handle your plumbing issues, this is the one to go to! Thank you Nicholas and Pan! I have used DiMartino several times and they have always done a great job. They are on time and let me know when they are on the way. They are patient and understanding when dealing with older clients AND always very polite !

Do not use this company. The communication from the owner is very rude. After waiting over 2 hours when were told we were on our way the answer was “we are not coming, you can find someone else”. We arranged this appointment 2 weeks ahead of time so this would not happen. We had to orginize 3 different home owners. We were told we are on our way and will be their in 20 min after waiting 40 min. we called and were told we will be their is 15 to 20 min we ran into traffic, only to wait another 90 min. before calling again. My recommendation is find someone else do not bother with them.

Georgie from dimartino came out to place as I thought my water heater was leaking. It turns out it was not leaking and my valve on the bottom wasn’t shut fully from another ” plumber” flushing my water Heater. Not only did he just close it fully and test it, he inspected my other plumbing for my security and recommended new shutoff valves supply lines for toilets but said it could wait for now. Excellent company with good plumbers.

They are thieves. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The office staff is disgusting. The plumbers are dirty, drunk, and high. I don’t think they are actually plumbers. They have rerun my credit card a total of 6 times for the same service. I’ve had to dispute and cancel the card. I also had to call in another plumber to fix what was initially a simple problem. They left my house flooded and refused to take responsibility. I wouldn’t use this company if you paid me!
