I had a great experience with Jack and Lester from Drain Relief fixing a slab leak under my home. They recommended a company that was able to identify the leak location and completed the repair in less than a day. They left the area clean and repaired the foundation well. They charged me 1/3 of what a competitor offered. They were on time, had great communication, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them.

I called Drain Relief for an emergency leak. They were out to my house within 25 minutes. Never the less it was outside regular hours of 9-5. They had all the repair and replacement parts on the truck and had my leak fixed within 15 minutes. I will use this company for all my future plumbing problems. I highly recommend this company. A++++++++++++++ Update… Had Drain Relief come out today to fix my leaky toilet. The showed up same day and fixed the issue. They even left my bathroom cleaner because they cleaned up after the leak and everything. Will continue to use this company they are great. A++++++++

I wanted to use them. We had a clogged drain. Made appt. For after work on line. When I got off work 2 hours before appt window,I had messages, texts and calls from them. I answered as quickly as possible. But because I was working and did have access to my phone…the office cancelled my appt. Why have an appt window if I am expected to be available all day? Very bad practice in my opinion. Called someone else…problem fixed. No more Drain Relief LLC for me.

I had a water heater under warranty that was no longer supported from the vendor who installed it. The first quote I received was way overpriced. I asked Drain Relief to come out, they found a like model, processed the warranty, and did the install for half the price. These guys are honest, did a professional install, and subsequently will recommend them to friends and family.
