Terrible, terrible service. They sent employees out who fell asleep in our house and then car and then tried to bill us. They sent employees out for a basic PVC pipe repair – who sat in his car for 3 hours waiting for “a runner” and tried to charge us. We used to love White’s – were customers for 15 years before these things happened. Too bad.

I’ve been using White’s Plumbing for my plumbing needs for about 5,6,7 years now…. I just had to have a toilet worked on this past Friday 7/12/24 and the technician, Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant… I have never been disappointed in the service from these guys… very responsive and they take care of the problem. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for another job well done!

Just had our water heater replaced by White’s Plumbing. Most importantly, I am impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Big thank you to Carter, Trent, and Bobby who came for the service call. They were prompt, explained everything in detail, and followed up when they encountered a problem that required a little bit more work – and kept to the original estimate. I especially appreciate the care they took in wearing protective clothing and using drop cloths to ensure our carpets stayed clean. Bobby noticed our backflow valve leaking and offered to stop by later when he had the right tools. True to his word, he returned, cleaned out the valve and added new o-rings. I admit I requested several quotes from local plumbers, and instead of going with the cheapest, I chose the best quality. White’s Plumbing had installed the first water heater in this home twenty years ago. I am glad they installed this new one, and I’ll keep using them as long as they are in business, which I hope is many more years to come.

Disappointed in this companies lack of persistence in helping me with my sewer pipe clog — they just seemed to want to piecemeal Charge me for each visit from a different tech rather than focusing on solving the problem. Refused to even give me an estimate for the ultimate fix without charging me for coming out to do so. As a person on a fixed budget this was a hard way to plan for the fix and understand the issue. A smaller company came out and in 1 hour had the issue figured out and gave me a solid estimate for the fix.

Today White’s sent out a very knowledgeable young man named Brandon. He quickly assessed the situation and went about working to fix our plumbing issues. He jumped up on our high pitch roof to snake the roof vent, and it took several attempts. He also resealed our toilet, as it was leaking. Bottom line, he quickly and efficiently fixed all our plumbing issues and we are very grateful!! Also both ladies we spoke with at the office were so nice and helpful. Thank you!
