HORRIBLE!!! we’ve had them come out twice thanks to our home warranty. plumber complained the whole time about having to do the work. when we needed a new water heater and called our home warranty, who in turn, called Blount. THEY REFUSED TO COME INSIDE OUR HOME TO LOOK AT THE WATER HEATER!! when we asked for 2 quotes, one for tankless, one for standard, he started yelling that he shouldn’t have to give us a quote. when i finally convinced him to get us a quote, he yelled back it would be $4500 and hung up. If that wasn’t enough, we have more plumbing issues. we called our home warranty again, and alas– blount got called. 3 days later– NO WORD!!! I called my home warranty and had them change vendors. I will never be using this company again!!
