Extremely unprofessional. After coming to check out what I needed done the guy said he’ll come back, he never came back. I called the office they said they were going to figure it out and contact me, never contacted me back. 5 hours later after I called the office about 5 times they finally answer and give me a bulls*it excuse saying they aren’t licensd for my type of house. A plumber is a plumber. If there was an issue with the job all they had to do was be honest with me and I wouldn’t of even bothered writing all of this.
