Highly recommended! Packs plumbing is great, they actually pick up the phone, do their best to get out in a timely manner all while doing a pro level job at a fair price. I would definitely suggest giving them a call!

Our hot water heater started draining on the garage floor. I called Packs Plumbing. They had a technician at the house within hours and I had a new hot water heater within five hours of making the phone call which was such a relief. They were fast, professional, courteous, and I highly recommend them. They have been our plumbers For the last 10 years in several locations

Just had Jothan here to repair a leak under my kitchen sink ! I live in a very old brick house and could only imagine the nightmare of old pipes , rusted , brittle etc ! He was efficient, knew his business and had parts I needed in his truck ! Very good experience! Highly recommend this business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had broken outside water line emergency on a weekend. Pack’s got a plumber out within a little over an hour after I called. Repair job excellent and we got our water back. Other local plumbers could not come out for 4-5 hours. Packs came through!

After finding that my hot water was running out far more quickly than usual, I called Pack’s Plumbing to repair my Rheem hot water heater. I had never used them before but had seen their truck in the neighborhood and figured they were worth a try. Josh arrived right on time and after a friendly introduction went right to work. Believe it or not, he pointed out a black snake that was slithering around the water heater’s tank base and was kind enough to remove and relocate it from my garage before settling down to diagnose the problem. After taking some electrical readings , he informed me that there are two heating units (upper and lower) and that the lower unit (thermostat and heating coil) wasn’t functioning properly and needed to be replaced . He recommended. that since the lower unit had already failed, it would be wise to replace the upper as well .’Josh already had the heating kits in his truck and proceeded to install them. I had just had a water softening system put in a month earlier but I could see that both of the old heating elements that Josh removed were heavily coated with mineral deposits from the previously hard water. I was happy that I followed his advice and replaced both. Josh completed the job perfectly , cleaned up with meticulous care, all at a cost that was incredibly reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to use PACK’s plumbing again and would recommend them with absolute trust and confidence .Thank you Josh for your competent , professional and caring service. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I called Vanessa for a second opinion on an estimate that I got from another company. When I described my plumbing emergency Vanessa was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. She sent Josh out the next day. He not only fixed the problem but made sure and explained everything so I completely understood before he left. They both know their plumbing inside and out. I appreciate everything they did, and will never use another company.
