Matt was a great worker who solved our shower problem and gave us advice for investing in a water softener, which would alleviate much of our plugged faucet problems. So glad we called Grays Plumbing. Our condo is only 8 years old and this is the best our shower has worked since our home was built! I highly recommend Grays to everyone!

10/10 recommend! We had been experiencing a methane smell from our guest bathroom that was becoming more frequent and more potent by the day. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore. I called four different plumbers before finally getting to David Gray but as soon as Melissa answered the phone, I knew it was going to be okay! She listened to my issue and then assured me someone would be there between 11 and 1pm that same day. It wasn’t an hour later and Brady was at my door with a smile on his face and ready to help. He took his time to make sure I understood each step he was taking and what the possible outcomes would be. He was clear and upfront about all of the costs as well so there were no surprises at all. I am so grateful to this company and will absolutely be making them our regular plumbers. Thank you all so much for all your help and especially how quickly you got it all done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
