Called the Water Heater Guys seeking a repair and I sent them clear photos and a text describing the situation. The person who answered was somewhat rude, and the text response was ambiguous and would have left me hanging thinking they were going to provide a quote for service, but they never did. Luckily, I after a few hours I called their competitor, “Water Heating Experts” out of Palm Beach Gardens, and provided the same info. A pleasant man provided a reasonable quote with seconds, and promptly sent out two pleasant young men who replaced the broken valve (as I suggested) and flushed the tankless system. My system is now working fine at 20% the cost of full replacement, which wouldn’t have worked anyway, as the valve was the main problem. If you want rude service to do a brainless and costly replacement, call the “Guys”. If you want pleasant service and a real fix, call the “Experts”. What good is a water heater replacement company that can’t change a valve?

Very easy to work with – was able to get quote over text during weekend evening hours. Showed up on time and had the new water heater installed very quickly. Very good rates and did not overcharge. Highly recommend!
