BE CAREFUL when dealing with this ripoff plumber!!! Without coming to my 1960’s home I was quoted between $12900 for 1 bath recline and $20450 for 2 bath . That did not include the $450 to remove each toilet which I told them I could do myself by removing the 2 bolts in 5 minutes. When they laughed at the idea that I, a woman, could do that myself and that without coming to see the job I decided that they are ready to take advantage of anyone who is in a desperate situation!!! And of course before they would come out to access the situation they were going to charge me $650 to put their camera into my pipe to see what was going on in the short pipe leading from my 2 connected bathrooms to the clean out right outside the back door. Called another company, they put their camera down there and sent me the video, FREE OF CHARGE, snaked my pipe, and replaced my toilet for $270 TOTAL! DON’T GO FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY, shop around!!!

After going through reviews and googling different companies, I came across the Pipe Surgeons. The office was very helpful with getting to my concerns very promptly. Junior and Josh came to my house and assessed my clog situation. They were able to clear it for me. The gentleman were very honest in their findings and recommendations. Very pleased and I highly recommend the Pipe Surgeons and especially this team. Thank you.

I recently had an issue with my toilets bubbling then causing my kitchen sink to start having some bubbling/drain issues. Had 2 gentleman from this company come out, Junior and Josh & both were phenomenal. Very quick to respond to my concerns, extremely informative, professional & kept my yard as clean as it was when they arrived. Cleared my issues & also informed me of my septic needing to be pumped and even recommended a company to do so for me. Highly impressed with them & will ALWAYS call them for any future issues I may possibly have. Great team they have! You will not be disappointed to say the least! Thank you again guys!!!

Thank you, Pipe Surgeons! Starting the new year with a plumbing scope and some (relatively) good news. Two friendly, professional gentlemen came out and performed the scope, provided pictures while onsite and walked me through the process with care and diligence. They explained the background of the company, the technology they use to address plumbing issues, and even showed me a peice of the epoxy liner they use in pipe relinings. I’m a firm believer in “non-invasive” procedures, and they seem to have a real handle on the newest, less invasive options to addressing old pipes here in Florida. Thanks again Pipe Surgeons! Will be recommending your services to my condo board in WPB in the near future.

12/26/23 the clean-out to sewer pipe backed up, causing sewerage to backup inside our condo. Our condo HOA reached out to Pipe Surgeons and Junior and Josh were quick to respond. They assessed the situation, determined the root cause and explained steps needed to resolve the issue. They were able to flush the clean-out and took images to see if there was further action needed. The images showed roots inside the pipe and where within the line they were located. They were able to remove the roots and with imaging saw that the pipe had a gap at a seam which was why the roots were able to get inside the pipe and block it. Within hours we were able to use the water in the condo without any backup concerns. They are now taking the lead reaching out to our HOA to schedule the repair work needed to seal the gap in the pipe. Both Junior and Josh were professional and made an unpleasant situation tolerable by explaining each step taken and why. A trusted company that I highly recommend.

We just moved here from AZ and within 3weeks had major bathroom issues. Don the owner was kind and very understanding of my feelings of being overwhelmed(we just moved AND now this). He arranged to have a crew come out to camera our pipes to find out exactly what the problem is. They were professional, on-time and provided a comprehensive report. My experience was nothing but positive and I would recommend them if you have plumbing problems.

One of the drivers for this company almost ran me off the road. I guess he saw me waving my arms and when I pulled up next to him he tried to make me pull over so he could beat me up…..in his company work vehicle.
