Rachael and the office staff were easy to work with. They scheduled the installation of a new water heater right away. Technician was knowledgeable and professional and punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the response from Charlotte Plumbing!

Matt was Honest reliable and professional he explained everything to me before he started to fix the plumbing issue he was courteous as well when he finished he left the area spotless and clean I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues especially Matt he exceeded our expectations I would give him more than 5 stars if allowed Thank You Matt

Great company to work with!!!! The showroom has a great variety and the sales rep/coordinator (Shannon) was extremely helpful and worked closely with us to get our project completed!!! (Helped with product selection/availability and plumbing coordination!)

So I walked into Charlotte Plumbing’s beautiful showroom needing a small part for my laundry sink faucet. I was kinda embarrassed. I was sent there by a Home Depot employee as they did not have this $2 part I needed. I was treated like I had just bought 10k worth of plumbing fixtures. The two ladies at the front went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have the part I needed but printed out the information for the company that made the faucet and told me to call them and they would send it out for free. Sure enough that is exactly what happened. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to my real estate clients as well. Thank you Charlotte Plumbing for caring!!!

Charlotte Plumbing responded to a warranty call on a hot water heater. They were very quick to respond. Scheduled within a reasonable time line, showed up on time and prepared with the necessary equipment to carry out the repairs. The plumbers that were on site were very nice and went above and beyond in remediating the issues they found.
