Paramount Plumbing was excellent from the initial call to the service. Paul was very professional, on time, and quick! He knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Our shower is working great. We will call him again in the future if we need any more plumbing work.

Paramount Plumbing came through like a champ!! Mother’s Day weekend (Friday night to be specific) and water started shooting out of the front electrical panels of my hot water heater along with a burning smell in the air. I don’t even know how that’s possible! I live on the top floor of a condo building so we were SUPER LUCKY to quickly catch the issue, turn off the breaker and shut the valve leading to the unit. After receiving a referral from another company I know and respect (shout out to Green Team too!!!) I was able to send specs, dimensions and pictures of the old unit directly to the owner of Paramount on Saturday morning. After dealing with the headache of condo association that’s extremely strict and an emergency repair we were able to get the paperwork in order and Mike Schacht (our technician) was on his way early afternoon Saturday. He had the exact unit we needed and the final installation and piping were even better than what was there before. He did an AMAZING job and we had hot water in less than 24 hours from the start of the issue – I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you to the Paramount Plumbing team and their great service, reliability and flexibility for making my Mother’s Day a success :)!!

We would like to acknowledge the performance and job ethics of the crew that put in a new sewer line.The job was very intense for us as it meant to break up part of the driveway and the patio. However, Paul Munoz (Supervisor) was such a relief, explaining in detail the procedure that his men(Roy and Kensley) were doing and why. All the men on his crew were punctual and courteous, plus Paul was there every day also pitching in. We can only say the PARAMOUNT PLUMBING SERVICES in Pembroke Pines has performed this job with the utmost care and expertise. Jackie(Secretary) If you have any questions, she will find the answers for you. I had the pleasure of meeting with her. Very nice.

Paramount Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service in the area. I reached out to Paramount for a small project that we needed done at our swim school on short notice. Paul was super helpful throughout the duration of the project. He even helped us find a separate contractor to perform other work needed. Talk about being selfless! Paramount Plumbing is now our preferred vendor for all things plumbing moving forward!

Great Plumbers, honest, fair, organized! all professionals. 3 day sub terrain leak fixed in two days even after unforeseen complications. Paul was on top of everything with great communication, answering all concerns and even following up on status. Definitely peace of mind plumbing services.

We contacted Paramount Plumbing and name requested Mauricio to address our master bathroom plumbing issue because he recently resolved a significant plumbing issue for our neighbor across the street that 2 prior plumbing companies failed to resolve. Mauricio came out today within 2 hours of my call and resolved the problem within an hour. He ran 80ft of snake to clear out whatever obstruction was causing our problem. He was very efficient and personable and explained what he would be doing before starting the job to ensure we understood the potential outcomes based on his initial assessment. Fortunately he was able to provide a successful outcome at a reasonable cost. We’ve added Paramount Plumbing and Mauricio to our contact list for any future plumbing needs.

Paul Munoz was amazing. Got my leak patched up and got my water temperature back up. Ever so thankful. I recommend using him and the company for any plumbing issue that you have.
