Excellent Service! Unexpectedly needed a drain pipe relocated during a renovation and team was able to come out at look at it and give me a quote within 48 hours. Job was scheduled and completed very quickly allowing us to keep to our timeline! Team was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me full confidence that their work would be completed expertly. If I could do a minus star I would. Our brand new home was flooded by The Plumbing Co and not cleaned up and dried properly. After moving in and getting sick found mold under flooring. Had to move back out for mold remediation and floor replacement. Have now had to hire attorney because they refuse to pay for damages. Back in home have had to hire new company to come in a fix things that should be covered under warranty since not done correctly at time of install but wouldn’t want incompetent plumbers back in our home. Do not use The Plumbing Company if you want quality workmanship and a company that stands behind their work. Save yourself the trouble.

I wanted to personally THANK Aaron and Laurie for an believable experience with The Plumbing Company. I had a Major Water issue in my Condo. Aaron took the initiative to not only solve my water issue but corrected it on the same day. This company has gone above and Beyond to Help the consumer, and lets face it, Water damage is the worst thing that can take place. Thank you again Aaron and Laurie for all the calls and appointments to my home. All the best

I recently had The Plumbing Company, install a pressure tank for me and was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the first conversation to the final handshake, every member of their team was highly professional, honest, and transparent. They were upfront about all costs, ensuring there were no surprises, and perfectly set my expectations every step of the way. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to customer satisfaction in today’s fast-paced world. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-tier plumbing solutions.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and concerns. While I strive to provide fair reviews, I must say that my overall experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory. To begin with, the plumbing work carried out by the company was far from satisfactory. The quality of the workmanship was questionable at best. I have attached a picture to illustrate the shoddy nature of the plumbing they performed. It’s disheartening to note that the work was completed without obtaining the necessary permits and without any detailed plans in place. This lack of oversight and attention to detail is simply unacceptable. When asked about it, the manager told me they assumed we had a permit but instead of reviewing plans, my GC was supervising the plumber and told him how the job was to be done. Turns out my GC was not licensed ( another review) and not sure why a certified plumber would take directions from someone not in the trade. I’m still trying to wrap my arms around tge arrogance of the plumbing company. Due to my dissatisfaction, I made the difficult decision to terminate my contract with the contractor and sought a full refund from the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast. (Since I’d already paid my GC for the plumbing after he gave me a final lien release.) Initially, they offered a partial refund, which I found inadequate considering the extent of the issues and the poor quality of the work. I firmly requested a full refund to address the substantial problems that had arisen. Unfortunately, the response from the company was disheartening. They have chosen not to refund any of my money or even offer to rectify the substandard work. Instead, he reported himself to code enforcement as he says he knows basically everyone there as he is some kind of deputy sheriff. He threw names around like anyone really cares. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the situation is deeply disappointing, especially after investing time and money in their services. As a result of this regrettable outcome, I find myself with limited recourse and the only option left for me is to share my experience through online reviews. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider hiring the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast for their plumbing needs. I believe it’s important for potential customers to be aware of the issues I encountered, the poor workmanship, the lack of necessary permits, and the refusal to provide a satisfactory resolution. It is my sincere hope that this review helps to foster accountability and encourages the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast to reassess their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction. Please exercise caution when considering this company for your plumbing needs, and be sure to thoroughly evaluate your options before making a decision.

I have used multiple plumbers over the years. This company is by far the BEST! All the people from the office to the plumber were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Mike, the plumber who arrived, was able to assess the situation immediately and take the necessary corrective actions.
