Big fat Hispanic plumber is the most incompetent plumber I have encountered in my career. Choose a different company. Will take your money and not perform any work.

I asked that the water heater be checked for sediment. I was advised that it would be an additional $150 He turned on tap and said the heater was fine. He didn’t look at the pictures of the sediment in the taps I sent. He threw a circuit breaker and said things were fixed. He never even looked at the water softener as I asked. Beware: he doesn’t take credit cards but did not indicate that when the apppointment was made. He kept asking who my other quotes came from because he said other contractors were not legitimate. This guy raised all kinds of red flags. Beware!

Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.

Buyer Beware! They will lie to you in writing and not keep their end of the agreement. They never paid us for a plumbing permit that they hired us to pull, then asked us to change our name on it and then they used the permit! Scam artist or just plain unprofessional and misleading.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber “would be there tomorrow before noon” and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.
