I Just had Kendell plumbing out yesterday to replace my water heater. I had called and asked them about installing one for me if I picked one up from home depot. The lady said their’s are better quality coming from their supplier. So, after the instalI, I find its the same make and model as the low end ($519) one from home depot (Rheem), so I felt very misled.

I’m very pleased with the service and product provided. My hot water heater shorted out. I thought it would require only a thermostat replacement, but the damage was more severe Han anticipated. A new water heater was required. They inspected it on the first visit to determine this and were able to replace it in the same day.

This company is not professional at all. They were doing a small job across the street from my house, I asked them to come over and give me an estimate for replacing the valves on my Rainai water heater, the young man said he was the owner, he gave me a quote, I agreed to it, he said to call his office to setup an appointment, I did and she gave me an appointment for 9am the following Monday, they never showed up, I called the office again she said they had an emergency call they had to do, she gave me an appointment for the for the next week, and again no show, I tried calling back to see why they didn’t come and apparently she saw my number on caller ID and didn’t answer, I tried a couple of more times no answer and not returning my messages. Never heard from them again. I’m a disabled veteran and I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I want to support local small businesses, but I wanted others to know my experience so they know what to expect. I hope they get their act together so they can succeed in business and in life. God Bless.
