I feel so fortunate to have FloTech as my HVAC providers. For 30 years I’ve had issues with many Hvac companies– there seems to be a tendency to take outrageous advantage of customers. Here is a company that is honest, fair and diligent. I hope to be with them forever.

Flo-Tech is now my new plumbing company. I had a water leak under the garage. The owner came out within a few hours of my call. I had 3 companies lined up. Flo-Tech sounded the most knowledgeable to me. We ended up replumbing the entire house after the leak was found and old copper line capped. They were close to the best price but what won me over was when they told me they would take the time to hide the new water lines in the interior walls. And they did. The other companies said they couldn’t do that and that the lines would show on my lanai walls and on the sides of my house. They did a great job. Were on time and cleaned everything! Even came to check my lines the next day. Thank you. I’m having them do my AC next. Almost one year later now I am in need of HVaC work. I had an offer for $29.99 cleaning from Advanced heating and air. When they came out they told me I may end up in the hospital with lung issues due to mold in my garage unit. Said I need around $400 to top off Freon stuff and potentially a new HVAC system. So, I called Flo-Tech right out for a second opinion. Chad showed me how the readings were taken incorrectly and explained the true ones. At this point my unit is still under warranty and he found no big issues. He then cleaned my outside unit and the inside drain then gave me some advise for upkeep. I set up bi-annual checks and thanked him for his expertise. So now they are my plumbing and HVaC guys. I highly recommend Flo-Tech and I will never fall for a cheap cleaning deal from another company.

Ac went out at 5:30pm called flotech came out and had it fixed in 1 hr John the tech was very friendly and professional I have used Flo-Tech for plumbing and ac they always taken very good care of my entire family

Kim in the office answered our call and was prompt in getting us a quote and getting the water heater replacement scheduled very quickly. Carlos Nieves and his assistant were exactly on time and very professional. His experience and workmanship was exemplary. The entire experience with Flo-Tech was wonderful and I would highly recommend them for doing a great job and reasonable pricing.
