Arko plumbing is ABUSIVE IN PRICING. They cleaned my roof vent exhaust stack, to clear dirty back up drainage, they spent less than an hour, to clean one of two stacks,they used thier usual special hosing to snake, that’s it, and charged us $375.00! Total abusive to this senior citizen household! As far as we’re concerned Arko owes us a difference of $125. In a refund. But all we got was a lame explanation about inflation, well Joe doesn’t know % math!!! Five yrs ago he charged for same job $250. even back then, that was alot, (re-inflation %) bc with our original plumber he always charged $125. Or less. And he cleaned the two stacks on roof. He passed away, so we had to call new plumber in 2019, we got Arko. And now in 2024, again Stacks needed flushing. They flushed ONE for $375. Never again!! They didn’t even offer a senior citizen discount as many companies do now. We’re poor seniors on fixed income, paying the $375. hurt our budget for this month. We will never use Arko again, and we will never recommend them to anyone! BECAUSE THEY OVER CHARGE!! Very disgusted now ex-customers! The Garcia family!

Arko plumbing were an absolute pleasure to work with! Joe, is a very experienced/knowledgeable plumber, who has been in the business for over thirty years. Chelsea, his daughter was very personable and very easy to work with over the phone. Joe, did a great job of explaining what was wrong with our plumbing and discussed with my entire family how to fix it properly. Their team work tirelessly in the rain and did not stop until the job was done. Thank you so much and I am forever grateful for you guys fixing our plumbing issue. I definitely recommend Arko plumbing corp. to anyone who is looking for experienced, professional, and fast plumbing.
