U.S. Paverscape 10 months agoPlease take a look at the pictures below of my paver job that was completed by Carlos at New Age Pavers. Pavers were purchased from US Paverscape in Maitland, FL. We started this project by hiring a landscape architect to draw the yard and project We looked at a few paver companies and decided to go with US Paverscape. We selected and purchased our pavers for both the front and back patio projects from them. The US Paverscape team recommended Carlos from New Age Pavers to do the work. We called Carlos and he came out and walked the job and gave us a quote. When the work was completed, we had two major issues. The first issue was leaks in the backyard pavers. The sprinklers had not been capped properly. We tried to reach Carlos regarding this issue. He said he would come look but never did. After multiple attempts I had another contractor do the repairs. The second issue was the front steps. We noticed there was some white substance on the bricks that we had not noticed before. It does not show up when the bricks are wet, but once dry……. you can see the picture. At first told me it was oxidation. When I showed him the pic from halfway through the installation, he changed his mind. He treated 4 bricks which helped a little. He said it was dust during the installation that then got wet and stuck to the bricks. It is thinset concrete that they allowed to flow over the bricks and dry. When I reach out to him it takes several texts to get him to reply. The last text said he would take care of it when he was back in the area, that was March 31 and have not heard from him. I visited US Paverscape, but they said they could not help, and I need to contact Carlos. I also wrote a letter to President of US Paverscape, Ray Paulding, asking for help, I received no response. If you are doing a paver job, take a look at the pics below, if that is what you are looking for, you know who to call. ******Reply to the owner. I don’t know if the issue is product or installation as I am not an expert and you have not replied to my inquiries even when I wrote a letter. I had no choice but to communicate with you through google reviews. You gave me one recommendation for installers and you told me he even did the installs at your showroom. You should stand behind your recommendation or at least communicate to see what the problem is.
