My hot water tank was spraying water every where. Wayne Turner plumbing came to my rescue stopped the water. And came back today and replaced the tank. I am so grateful for the speed and concern, Matt Mallard showed me . He was very detailed explaining how to shut the tank off should an event happen. I am very comfortable giving a 5 star review. Thank you Matt. Any plumbing issues I will call again.

I will always do my plumbing with Turner now that I have been visited by a tech Named Matt for a water heater replacement, I mean, this guy literally audited my house in the area where the heater is supposed to be, and found a few different discrepancies that no one else has found in five years that I’ve lived here. I mean this Problem was a big one. The water outlet pipe that is supposed to go outside to push out excess water whenever the water heater needs to was literally spackled over by Someone who re-spackled the wall before I lived here, which caused a huge problem, because water was flooding my garage there was no place for it to go. The pipe was spackled over, and it was capped off at the end of the water heater. Matt found the problem in seconds, and with this pipe spackled over where no one can see where it even begins to start. He knew the exact spot to break through to open that pipe back up and he did this for me, as well as adding an extra attachment so that the job looks super professional. Matt did amazing things in my garage working on this thing and now all my problems are solved! I wish I had a little Pocket size the Matt that I could pull out of my pocket whenever I needed him or I wish I could grow a whole field of Matts just Matts everywhere all over my house! Anyway, this guy Matt was amazing. I don’t think anybody else could’ve done a better job than what Matt has done for me, I’m still shocked at how quickly he did it too. Amazing thank you Wayne Turner plumbing and thank you Matt many thanks to you Matt many many many thanks !!!
