I received an estimate for some plumbing with this company. I agreed to the price and I asked for the License information so I could submit to the county and they gave me the wrong License number. The following week we got on the same page on the License number shortly after the call ended I received another call by the sub contractor that the price will be a different price and gave me excuses on why. Then send me quote for double the price from the first estimate. These people wasted my time, and even had me submitting the wrong License information to the county.

Ondeck plumbing is great, got a hold of my landlord after I saw water coming up out of the ground and they had them come out and check on it and it was a busted waterline and They fixed it on the spot, such professionals, Thank you to the two men, they was very kind and worked hard to excess the problem and fixed it! A+

I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring. Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping and they did it rapidly And cleanly. When the inspector came to inspect the property, he said he knew he wouldn’t have any problems with the inspection because of the fact that on that On deck Plumbing had done it. I needed to have my house replumbed. The original replumb was over 20 years old and brittle. I had a water break repaired and was concerned I would have additional problems. Ondeck was one of 3 estimates. Josh was very thorough in explaining their process. They were the plumbing company of choice. Their pricing was the best, used excellent products and the holes they had to make in the drywall was minimal. They have earned a new customer for any future plumbing needs I may have.
