I DO NOT RECOMMEND Miguel A. Cruz Medina LLC. Drain clearing Services I called Miguel Friday Jan 19, 2024. Miguel was quick to return my call. Miguel told me he could come right out and take a look that he only lived a few miles from me. He told me he usually charges 75$ but not to worry as we could roll that into any charges accrued. Miguel showed up and said he could clean my drain lines by snaking my septic line. He said it would be 350$ to do so. I expressed to him that seemed expensive, and that I had been snaking the line myself for the last 2 hours. Miguel immediately pressured me for the 75$ trip charge. I told him to go ahead and clean the lines. After 5 minutes of him snaking with what he says was “30ft of line” he tells me it’s my septic and I need to call a septic guy. Gives me a bill for 350$. He tells me I can pay via Zelle or Cash. I do not use Zelle, so I had to pay him in cash. His business practices DO NOT make for a Good Honest Small Town Business. Just because they are quick to answer the phone doesn’t mean they’re the Best option for the job.

The minute Miguel got on the phone and I explained my problem, he began providing me solutions that may fix the issue. He was honest with his pricing and arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He got to work and got the job done within an hour. He even fixed another issue the original builder of the home forgot to do. I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to person, should I ever have any future plumbing issues. An honest, passionate and friendly person is what you’ll get when hiring Miguel!
