I had a problem with a badly clogged kitchen sink. Roto Rooter sent two of the most professional and kindest techs (Rudy Junco and Robert Rojas)to help with this problem. They arrived promptly and tackled the issue quickly. They educated me on the causes of this issue and gave preventative advice for maintenance. I really appreciate their great service.

James was very helpful in explaining the issue I was having with clogging issues in the bathroom. Because I have roots growing into a cracked pipe, he was only able to snake it. He also replaced a wax ring around my toilet because it was leaking at the base. To help diagnose the pipe problem for sure, he called additional support that was able to send a camera down and draft up a solution. Thank you James for the assistance .
