Amazing customer service. I’ve had to call twice since moving into our home in the last month. I love that they text you when they are on the way. As a single woman getting work done I’m always a little skeptical about being taken advantage off, but Roger Kelly is absolutely wonderful. Excellent Customer service. Called and same day came and fixed a potential catastrophic pipe failure behind tiled bathroom wall. Minimal issues caused by the repair. It reminded me of exacting surgery, consequently minimizing tile replacement. Minimal debris post repair.,Dustin knew what he was doing. Knowledge, Professional service. We have used Quality Plumbing of Gainesville severe different times now and have never been disappointed. Roger and Michael went above and beyond! They were on time, explained every thing they were doing throughly and answered all my concerns with kindness and patience. They were very professional and did an excellent job on our kitchen. They put in the dishwasher, disposable, our new sink and the faucet. We are so happy to find such a wonderful plumbing company!!
