After noticing something was amiss we called Royce Plumbing and they were at our house about an hour later. There was a leak in our hot water line right at the slab for the garage, found by HydroScout per Royce’s request. The following day they were able to cut the pipe and tie into it with new PEX lines through the wall. We were very impressed with the quick response time and affordable solution. They even fixed a small leak on a hose bib running to the washing machine and insulated the new pipes! Excellent customer service, we will call them for any future needs for sure.

Did my tankless water heater at my house. Super faster, quick, and professional. They were also cheaper than the other 8 plumbers I called. Going to use them going forward in the future!

No call, no show. Won’t even bother responding after not showing up to do a job. If you want a professional company that will follow through, I recommend you call Shoreline! This company clearly isn’t running a reliable business. ETA: Case in point.. complete lack of professionalism. Perhaps spend less time coming up with lunatic replies and more time showing up to scheduled service calls? Just an idea.

Had them scheduled for 9:00 (scheduled days prior to the appointment time), no one showed up by 10:00 so I called. Brian said Kevin(the owner) took the job and is on the way from niceville. No one showed up by 12:30, I tried to call again and they wouldn’t pick up or text back. Wasted my time when I should have been at work and left me with a leak on a Friday.

When we noticed our hot water was leaking and caused some water damage, Royce had their tech out the same day to investigate. They soon installed a new hot water heater, which ended up being manufactured faulty, no fault on them. They had a tech out attempting to figure out the issue daily, one of which was here until 8pm. We finally have it resolved and have hot water. It is not common to receive great customer service nowadays, but this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could remember every techs name as they mainly dealt with my husband, but we appreciate you! We are glad to have a knowledgeable plumbing company to use again in the future.

We would give more stars if we could! Ethan and Tyler worked so hard to get our bathroom up and running. They called to keep us up to date on their arrival and all work was professionally completed!

My Hot water heater went out! Royce Plumbing sent Ethan out immediately and were very competitive in their quote. Ethan was able to replace my water heater and save me time and $$$ based on other business quotes. Thank you Royce and thank you Ethan!

CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER! Call late in the evening and we’re out the next morning. Ethan and Hunter were so professional. They completed job in a timely manner, and pricing was very reasonable.

The Royce Plumbing & Gas crew has done outstanding job for us. We needed to extend the gas line from the outside of our house into the laundry room so we can hook up our new gas dryer. This was done quickly and at a great price. Will definitely hire this company in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.
