Dave came out and installed a new water heater in our business on short notice. He showed up early on weekend and had it done quickly. Really nice guy. Will hire again.

Called to see about getting a quote for a job, but the guy didn’t want to talk to me. It was painfully obvious when the phone picked up, silent, I said “hello?” and a rather slow sounding gentleman answered and said, “uh…no ingles,” and hung up the phone. He wanted nothing to do with me. Don’t bother with this unprofessional business.

I needed a new water heater replaced. General contractor (Lowes) got Dave with McAulay Plumbing to come do the replacement. Dave was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable and just a really nice guy to have a conversation with about plumbing, motorcycles (he’s an instructor), soccer and Scotland…while doing the install. And afterwards, he cleaned up everything. I only wish I found him on my own instead of going thru the general contractor. You want awesome customer service? You want it done right? You won’t regret calling McAulay Plumbing (Dave). I saved their number!

Dave is always EXTREMELY professional, hard working, but has this light personality that makes you really enjoy having him over to repair anything, even if that means you’re the one paying the bill! LOL!! He is professional, courteous and punctual! Give him a try sometime, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
