I called in the morning and was told that someone would be here between 1 and 3. An hour later Cody called and said he would be there soon. Cody and Logan arrived and were very Profesional and fixed the leak I had and did a great job. Thanks guys, I appreciate it and will use you again.

I would definitely recommend West Coast. Fast friendly service. The tech Chris was great. He was friendly,professional and he took time to answer all my questions. The office manager was great as well. She was very pleasant to work with!

Chris serviced us today. He was very nice and did a great job. I called and scheduled our appointment for a new water heater as well as an issue with our guest room sink. The office gal was very efficient. I received an email yesterday with the technician’s name as well as informing that he would call when he was on the way. He did exactly that. Chris told my husband that the problem with our guest room sink is the cartridge and that Moen has a life time warranty. Chris told my husband to call Moen for the cartridge and showed him how to install it. My husband was very impressed with this experience and he’s not easily pleased. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good about these people. No..I am not related. However, when you come across a company of people who not only know what they are doing, but also care as well you have to tell the world! They genuinely care and do a great job! I had a problem that stopped me from having any water. Within minutes of my call (on a Saturday)Kenny and his wife showed up and fixed the problem. I am disabled and require water for some treatments and without them I could have been in real trouble. . They take very good care of my plumbing needs. I recommend these great people 100%.

Very expensive prices, very little experience. Wasted so much of my money for over 20 years continuously using the wrong size softener for the amount of sulfur in my area as well as giving me crummy repairs for everything else around the house. My neighbors told me for years I was getting pulled over the barrel. I’ve had a new company for two years and they amaze me with their expertise and quality of water that I have now… and should’ve had for triple the prices that whole time. I feel terrible putting this post out because I’m just not that kind of person but every time the new water company does something amazing, I get so furious again thinking about more than 20 yrs of frustration that I paid over 30,000 for.

West Coast Plumbing did such a great job with helping me get my water pump replaced. When I called they were very helpful and the next day they had someone come out and diagnosis the problem right away. The next day they came back and replaced the pump and now it works great! Thank you again!

Okay …. so, I was doing a DIY project in my home and hit a water line while drilling. After turning off all the water, I examined the damage and decided I needed a pro to handle this repair. I called West Coast Plumbing and spoke with Vicki (Who was so incredibly nice) and described the situation to her. She told me she’d get someone out as soon as she could. Not long after, Nate and Kenny showed up. Both were not only extremely competent but also very courteous and friendly. They got the repair taken care of, cleaned everything up, and got me back on track. I didn’t even think twice about giving them 5 stars. If I ever need plumbers again, they’ll be the ones I call.

We have used WC several times and they have been great to work with on plumbing issues. The tech, Christopher, was on time, knowledgeable and actually explained in detail what was happening…for that alone, I am a supporter.

One of their employees just tried to run me off the road and then flipped me and my daughter off. Not very professional.
