Babe’s: Disappointing initial call and secondary call with one of the “multiple managers”…… $80.00 for an estimate and the negative attitude made it easy to call another local plumber. 2nd call – No charge estimate and exceptional customer service and my plumbing challenge has been resolved. Take the time to call your options, it may make you smile.

We had something leaking around a water filter under the kitchen sink. We have used Babe’s in our Co-op on Venice Island for many years. We contacted them early in the morning, they were there same day, did the repair, left our kitchen area spotless, charged us a very fair price for parts and labor. You can’t beat the professionalism, proficiency, and quality of work that Babe’s provides it’s customers. We are so grateful to have them in our area!

Couldn’t post 0 stars unfortunately. Just moved in to the area and looking for a plumber, but certainly won’t be using these guys due to the character of people they seem to hire. Not exactly sure what this employees problem was at 6:30am on a Monday morning driving Jacaranda Rd and why he felt it necessary to hang on my rear bumper by 2 feet, but he was trying to intimidate and have me change lane for him when not only was I driving the speed limit but also had a car in front of me doing the same. So when he decided to cut the driver off in the next lane just to rudely gesture while speeding past me to ride behind the next car, I immediately wondered how similar his work ethic might be and realized that is not someone I would invite in my home. Maybe wake up earlier in future.

Prompt service on our a/c. Tech called before arriving, explained the problem and fix, was courteous and friendly. Very fair service call charge.

This company only looks for money. Mike the tech was superb. He arrived a half hour early, that is the only issue. The company no matter what time they arrive will always charge over $300.00 So my issue is with the company, my toilet was leaking an my shower, it was having dirty water come up thru the drain. So for this I paid $383.00.

Tom, Matt and Brian repaired a broken pipe that was under my house. They arrived on time, approached the job professionally and throughly explained the issue to me. They rock and I highly recommend their services.

I had Babes respond to a leaking, old, corroded exterior back flow valve where the city water comes into the house system. The fellow who responded couldn’t have been nicer, more efficient, or professional. The price was fair and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
