I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday of all days – of course. The temperature/on-off handle broke internally while trying to turn the shower off. Safe to say, I don’t know much about showers and was pretty freaked out. I reached out to a couple of local emergency plumbers and was told I couldn’t be helped because we rent and could not get a hold of the property manager at the time. Luckily, I was put in touch with Nathan Lustica. He arrived about fifteen minutes earlier than the ETA and got the job done in under thirty minutes. He was courteous and explained the issue so we understood what had happened. He had an overall friendly demeanor and even showed us where the water shut-off was (being in a townhome, we weren’t sure where this was located). The price for the job was fair given that it was in off-hours. Would definitely call again for plumbing help! Thank you Nathan!!

Had the absolute pleasure of having Keaton M. from Cool Today Plumbing come out to clear the drains at my house. He reached out to give me a 30 minute heads up as he was on his way and arrived promptly within that window. He took time to ask me about the issue we were having and to get information regarding any previous issues we may have had. Once armed with the information he returned to his truck and got right to work. He and his tag team partner (I’m sorry but I did not catch his name) quickly resolved the blockage and water was flowing through the drains once again. It’s worth mentioning, the day before they came out, I enrolled in the Cool Today maintenance plan (only $19.95/month) and their plan includes 1 free drain clearing per year. This means my drain clearing only cost me $19.95!! I’m guessing it probably would’ve been closer to $200 without the maintenance plan. Thanks Cool Today & Keaton (and tag team partner) for saving the day!

My Plumber Fouchet came early as I initially requested when I made the appointment with customer service. They truly honor requests, and need to be recognized! This was great!!! Fouchet did an outstanding job evaluating, and fixing the issues in my home. He was honest, sincere, and completed all tasks quickly and efficiently.
