After numerous calls for an appointment, we did not receive any replies. After a couple of e-mails to Mike, still no response. Pathetic business model. It would have been nice to at least receive a reply. Not one word from this business after @10 days…..shameful

They gave me a pretty good price to hook up to city water and install a spicket on my well.. two months later, the spicket cracked in half and was gushing water into my yard… the whole set up seemed pretty wobble to begin with…

Customer service, Donna, was great. However service was not. The technician initially said grease plug and also aerator needed replacing. I knew could not be grease as we never put anything greasy down the sink. So he said it was fixed. Two days later toilet started to bubble. ..shower would not drain…I called and they said we will have to go on roof that will be another 275…. now they already over charged me 50. I was quoted 225 tech said 275. I personally worked on it and behold the plug was at the release valve outside. I pulled out a lot of toilet paper. Then everything worked. Beware of their knowledge.

Florida Public Works called a Company in Lake Helen. They were unprofessional and didn’t know what they were doing. Call Prestige Plumbing. Donna is on top of her job! Steve the Service Tech was amazing! Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We needed to install an outside laundry tub, I called prestige at 9:30am on Wed 6/10 scheduled the appt for 6/11 the plumber Steve was here within the appt window and BAM! we now have an outside laundry tub. It is refreshing to see that good and quality customer service is still alive.

I called about a leaking water pipe at 9:45. At 10:30 they were at my door. It was raining and they still got the job done quickly and thoroughly and were very reasonable. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.

I called Ken to install the faucet of my kitchen sink based on the great Google reviews. Ken came the next day and was fantastic! He was punctual, very polite, respectful of our house (took his shoes off before entering the house), answered my questions, and did a great job with smile in one hour. We had talked about the (very fair) price over the phone, and there was no surprise. I would absolutely hire him again, trusting that the job will be well done!
